Brand new with untouched and original hang tags, this romantic length tutu is  are all chiffon and tulle, 4 layers, soft feel, the top 2 skirts are tulle and the under skirts are  chiffon for opaqueness and the under layers are organdy for great movement. , this is only the tutu or the skirt part. The model is showing you the proper tutu but I realize it is difficult to see the trunks the top of this tutu comes to your navel (unfortunately no one showed all the way up the tutu but it is
elasticized
and on a spandex panty so it has a lot of firm support and stretch.
