    This is a brand new Flamenco skirt with the original hang tag from Mainstreet Dancewear. It is a solid knit 8 gore skirt with two ruffles at the hem, and a drawstring waist.  The color is black and sizes available are child and ladies.The drawstring is embedded in that bump in the elastic of the waistline. my photo is of the small child so I could spread it out completely.   Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit. It is not a complete circle so if you are looking at it for prais wear, be aware of that. This item retails for in adult sizes.
