Product Description
Finally, it is here.  The proven PowerPlasma 62i is now available in a CNC only package.  This unit comes with all the basics to get started with your Plasma table, including CNC port, and CNC torch.  It has has the convenience, portability and performance that will meet the needs of everyone from the weekend enthusiast to the welding and fabrication shop operating a small plasma table.  The PowerPlasma 62i is built on an inverter platform, making use of IGBT technology to reduce weight, and improve reliability and performance. The unit has plenty of cut capacity with a recommended 3/8" regular cuts, maximum clean cut capability is up to 3/4" (at reduced speeds).  Pierce up to 5/16" for production cutting. The new iPT 60M CNC torch is part of the standard package and features a proven long life Italian design with blow back start, pilot arc and a variety of consumable choices.  The PowerPlasma 62i features a 3 second tip saver to reduce premature consumable wear by limiting pilot arc on time, if no cutting is taking place.

Notes:
To improve consumable life and prevent torch damage, the customer must supply and install a separate air dryer inline in addition to the regulator/water trap supplied by Everlast. The water trap Everlast supplies with the unit is not designed to remove all moisture from the air.
CNC torch included.  Hand torch not included in this package, but may be purchased seperately.
When using on a generator, the generator must be "clean power" rated by its manufacturer, which is 5% or less Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).  Failure to operate on a clean power rated generator will damage the unit and void the warranty.  For more generator information and recommendations, consult the manual.
If operating on a generator, the generator must be certified by its manufacturer to have "clean power" output. Use a generator that is rated for a minimum of 10,000 surge watts.

Plasma CNC capacity is affected by several factors.  Ideal cutting conditions require dry air, new consumables, proper air pressure, etc. Capacity is reduced when cutting CNC due to several factors.   Quality of cut depends upon consumable orifice size, standoff height, and travel speeed.
Returns
For returns, contact must be made within72 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge.
Items returned must be in an GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.
