    Description

    1986 Buick Grand National.
This is a true survivor car that has been well kept with only 8231 miles.  The car is all original and in excellent condition and will make a fine investment to any car collection.  The car wears all its factory original paint except for the bumper fillers which were recently replaced with Goodmark exact reproduction fillers not the ill fitting fiberglass ones.  The car was judged at the 2021 Buick GS Nationals in Bowling Green Ky and scored 399/400 pts in the survivor class (still had original fillers).  This is a highly optioned car that was custom ordered and I have original documentation along with original window sticker with the dealer lot number still on the rear view mirror.  I have personally known the car since 2014 and have a complete history of car back to the original owner including all service work performed since 2014.
This car is PURE JOY to drive and like stepping back to 1986!  You can not duplicate the factory freshness of this car!
The following service work was performed.
The headliner repaired, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, new fuel pump and Turbotweak chip, a fresh oil change with BradPenn and zinc additive, power steering fluid change, new factory brake accumulator with brake fluid flush, new front tires, Goodmark bumper fillers, repaired power antenna,
What is not original to the car: Tires are replacement BFG Radial TA and it has a replacement battery. The filler panels as previously mentioned.  The catalytic converter is not original, the original was removed by previous owner who put a different exhaust on the car.  The factory original exhaust was re-installed but the stock cat went missing.  The one on the car is a good working 86/87 Turbo cat that is missing the factory heat shield, I have a gutted factory cat with the correct heat shield I will include with the car.  One wheel was a warranty replacement by original owner it has a 1988 date code the other three wheels have the correct 1986 date code.  I have the factory chip but it has an aftermarket one in it that idles and has much better drive ability.  Everything else is 100% GM as it came from the factory.  To my knowledge this car has never been on a race track or significantly modified and still has the original spark plugs and wires on it.
Condition::The paint is really in incredible condition considering it is 35 years old and GM was repainting these cars under warranty back then.  There are some scratches on the rear bumper which is the worst of it and I included in a pic above.  There are some minor dents in the hood from people closing it incorrectly along with a really small one in the driver door and passenger fender.  I had a PDR guy remove the dents shown in the video on the hood and door plus another that was on the fender so the paint and body are near perfect. There are some minor stone chips and nicks, maybe 5 of them in total most very minor and small I would be happy to provide more pictures.  The interior is factory fresh as you would expect from an 8k mile car factory options include pwr antenna, windows locks, seat and trunk, concert sound with EQ Delco radio, cruise control, factory floor mats and remote passenger mirror. Trunk has factory carpet kit along with complete spare and jack which have never been removed. Everything works: pwr antenna, AC, cruise control no sagging headliner no chalky bumper fillers with fresh BFG radial TA tires.
Here are a walk around and drive video that were done before the bumper fillers were replaced. I also have a ton more pictures and would be happy to provide more detailed photos.
